*Page Update: Due to a large rise in orders, I made the change from Boules to Batards. The bread is made with the same great recipe and includes the same amount of dough. The shape and name are the only changes. Boules are round and Batards are oval. Both French names because that is the style of bread I strive to achieve every time.
